Forms and Processes

  • There are a few ways to pay your dues. The process is the same whether renewing or applying for the first time. Complete this application and submit it in one of the following ways:

    • Download and fill out the membership application. Then give it to the membership chairperson along with your check at a Club meeting.

    • Download and fill out the membership application. Then mail the application and your check to LAVGC, Attn: Membership, P.O. Box 12093, Pleasanton, CA 94588

    • Scan your filled and signed membership application and send it to membership@lavgc.org. Then pay your dues by either:

      • (a) sending an email to treasurer@lavgc.org and asking her to send you an invoice for credit card or PayPal payment (specify what method of payment you want), or

      • (b) pay directly through PayPal or Venmo to username: @LAVGCtreasurer and write membership in the memo. Please use the Friends and Family option to avoid the Club being charged a fee.

  • There are a couple of ways to be reimbursed for purchases you have made:

    1. Fill out the Request for Payment and send it to our Treasurer Chris Swanson at 6650 Crow Canyon Rd., Castro Valley, CA, 94552.

    2. Pay via email using the email address treasurer@lavgc.org

    You can send any reimbursement requests or invoices that need to be paid to the treasurer@lavgc.org email address. When you send a request or invoice to this email address, include a picture of your receipt and the same information in the message that is on the reimbursement request form. Chris doesn’t need the form. If you want your reimbursement via PayPal or Venmo, include your PayPal or Venmo email address or user name in the email.

  • The Board has the authority to grant funds for special projects that are outside normal operating expenses that have been approved during the budget process. Members must send the board a request for discretionary funds either by filling out the Discretionary Funds application form or a separate document with details of the project.

  • The Penny Pines program provides a way of honoring individuals by donating money in their name for re-planting trees in our forests. Use this form if you wish to purchase a Penny Pines plantation.
