Wente Wente 1 Wente 2 Wente 3 Wente 4 Wente 5 Wente 6 We had a wonderful meeting at Wente Gardens which provides herbs and vegetables for their restaurant. A huge thank you to Diane Dvorluk - she did an amazing job showing us the Wente garden and instructing us on how to make herbal teabags and grow micro greens. Thank you also to Jim O'Laughlin who shared his knowledge of growing garlic and preserving summer produce and to Sharon Howard who spoke to us about canning.

Marcella went home energized, motivated, happy, and more knowledgeable. She enthusiastically planted the garlic and onions, which were so kindly shared. They are growing next to her thriving artichoke plant. The chamomile seeds have already sprouted by her kitchen window.

Diane's cress seeds sprouted the following day!
