Saturday, January 19, 2013 starting at 9 a.m. at Hansen Park - Roses

Corner of First Street and Holmes in Livermore

The park is a small island park, surrounded by streets. In the small park is a rose garden, a fountain, a sculpture, and a old fashioned wagon on display. There's no sign for the park.

In November, over 16 members came out to help tidy and dead-head the roses. We had a wonderful article in the Independent which was about the history of the park and later another article in the last week of December with details of our attempts to restore it to its former glory.
